Mike Hepburn MSc, MA – Managing Director

Mike has 14 years experience in the financial markets in both Investment Banking and software start-ups. From 1995 to 2000, Mike worked for Solomon Brothers and later Bear Stearns in institutional sales and was involved with over 30 IPOs. In 2000, Mike joined Trayport (acquired by GFI) as a part-owner and Board Member and later joined GL Trade (acquired by Sungard) as Director of Business Development working in mergers and acquisitions and strategy.

Laurent Louvrier MSc, MBA, PRM - Business Development Director

Laurent has extensive financial risk experience having spent 9 years consulting for investment banks and asset management firms on IT assignments such as risk management systems implementation, investment process review, design and development of algorithmic trading strategies.
