Our Solutions

Hyper Rig is a revolutionary risk management software solution that allows financial services companies to proactively manage their market, credit and liquidity risk exposure like never before – in real time.  Designed to be deployed quickly and inexpensively, Hyper Rig permits clients to run hundreds of millions of risk calculations in minutes instead of hours or even days by solving key three problems: data integration, data quality and performance.

The traditional approach to risk management has been to collect data from across a firm and process it overnight to present risk managers with a view of total enterprise risk exposure in the morning. At Hyper Rig,  we maintain the state of a firm’s exposure in real-time and our patent pending fast calculators are able to do Monte Carlo simulations about 100 times quicker that our competitors.

All of our client’s positions are maintained in the virtual cache so total risk is updated with each incremental change, which simplifies the process and eliminates the need to move large amounts of data across the enterprise to a single location for batch processing.  Our custom-built grid and caching technology is used to achieve near linear scalability as processors are added.  Hyper Rig achieves its unrivaled performance through design and proprietary algorithms which achieve the full range of standard Monte Carlo simulations in less time, but without taking any shortcuts.

Hyper Rig includes a data management component which operates in real-time with proprietary ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools. The system offers a dashboard through which users can register any type of data source –database, web service, XML, queues, or spreadsheets among them – through  simple drag and drop. Users can review the data graphically, open the data to examine it, extract schemas and transform them. From the dashboard they can also impose data management rules, from simple alerts to more complex rules governing system response to price volatility or very high data bursts.  Once loaded into the high speed cache the data is immediately available to users and subject to the management rules.
